UK domestic shipping

All our UK postal orders will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days. Postage orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail First Class. Cost of shipping is £2.50 for orders under £60.00. Orders over £60.00 will include free shipping.

International shipping

All our International postal orders will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days. Postal orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail International Tracked and signed. Cost of shipping starts from £11.00.

Returns

We ensure that you will be happy with your order, however if you do feel you would like to return any of your items please contact us using the contact page of this website within the 30 days of delivery. Please can you state the reason for a return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Unfortunately due to hygiene purposes we can not do returns or exchanges on earrings.

If the item you order is faulty please contact us using the contact page on this website, Please include photos of the damaged faulty item, so we can see what caused the fault, our jewellery is all handmade and we always ensure that our products undergoes a careful quality control before dispatching, however sometimes faults can occur or it can unfortunately get damaged in the post.

30 Days to Return

All returns and exchanges must be done within the 30 days of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Items most be returned in the same condition as received and in their original packaging, we will only refunded the cost of the product and not the cost of postage. Once we have received the item we will refund to the original payment method, or we will contact via email to organise an exchange.
